I had to change my way of eating when my doctor wanted to put me on meds for diabetes. She gave me 3 months to get my numbers within normal range. She also recommended Atkins.To fing of box of these local for $10., I thought I'd turn to Amazon. Great deals. No if only they'd stop shipping in everything but a box!
