I don’t know what they have changed apart from changing the dosage from 10 to 12 mg per pill. I was happy with my first bottle which I only took occasionally. My knees felt so good, my dry eyes were gone, my dark adaptation was better. But the bottle that I ordered this time had a different form of pills, and they don’t work as good as before. I took two pills instead of one, trying to see if it’s because now it has 10 mg instead of 12. But it doesn’t work either. Read more
The first thing I noticed was that the pills are small making it easy to swallow. I can't tell you how many times I end up coughing up my pills because I am the WORST at taking them.
