These things make a flat sole into a sole with an arch. I will be purchasing more to go in a few more pairs of Blowfish sneakers I recently purchased. I have about 7 pair of these shoes and the only thing that sucks about them was the arch support (being that it has zero).They adhered nicely to my 2 older pairs and haven't budged since I put them in months ago. I don't use these for myself - my feet are flat as a board and feel comfortable without this kind of extra support. However, my wife has delicate feet with high, graceful arches (no, I will *not* send anyone any pictures so don't ask) and she has had difficulty with pain any time she is required to stand for long periods of time, especially due to her standard choice of shoe being a simple maryjane flat.She considers these absolutely essential now, as she has tried other support options (many of which are FAR more expensive and only include a single pair) and nothing has been nearly as effective as these have. She puts them in all of her shoes of every type, from running shoes to heels, and they stick quite well in place.I like that each box includes five pairs (I think it was five? Got these for my daughter who has flat feet causing pronation of the ankles. We have inserts for her daily shoes but got these for dance to give her a little support. They are not near as good as inserts but it did help a little and was certainly better than nothing. We had some trouble getting them to stick very well but we struggle with husky hair. Once her foot was in, the support stayed in place. Hoping this will help with summer shoes and dressy shoes where there isn't space for inserts. Read more

These really surprised me, I just wasn't impressed when I opened them but figured I'd give them a shot.. they are perfect.. the sticky only lasted 7 - 9 days, I stuck a piece of double tape under 1 set and it has held since..3 weeks but mostly I had pain in the metatarsal area and needed just a bit of something.
