Get ready for a dude review!My wife is always doing her “masks” but I’ve always been hesitant and thought they were scammy at times, but here’s what I can tell you about this scrub…Do it over a sink. It’s salt. Haha. I have sensitive skin, so I was nervous to rub this in vigorous circles into my skin, but hey, I did it. No outbreaks!I felt like I had to use quite a bit for one scrubbing. A lot ended up in the sink. But I can’t expect everything to stick/absorb to my face.I let it sit for about 10 minutes per the instructions. It may have been in my brain, but my skin did feel a little tighter, and when I went to wash off, i could see many of the salt crystals had dried onto my skin.The wash itself was interesting. My skin felt a little slimey (similar to a salt-water coating when leaving the ocean), but after drying my face, my skin was feeling incredibly smooth.After a about an hour, I’m feeling energized and there is a subtle floral fragrance. ...okay not twice, that would be a waste, but it rhymed.This is a product my girlfriend is loving this summer. She expressed how using sunscreen, lotions, and sweating during this current heat wave that her skin seems to always feels clogged in the summer. This eliminates that "clogged" feeling and leaves a clean & smooth feeling.I feel the salt ratio and granules size are perfect, the scent is also refreshing and ideal for women and men. It is a wonderful exfoliator to get all the yucky summer (spring, fall, and winter too) dead skin off and rejuvenate your skin. I massage it for a few seconds, let it sit for 30-60 seconds then exfoliate while I get it off with cold water. It will definitely become part of my shower routine. Read more

Really great body scrub! It has a nice coffee smell--you might be tempted to brew it. When you rub it on it's quite abrasive but not in an uncomfortable way. The coffee "steeps" on your damp skin like tea and you can spread it around. When rinsing it leaves a silky almost oily texture behind, very hydrophobic, which may feel odd when you're wet but sinks in just great when you dry off. The texture is very coarse, so may not be ideal for ultra sensitive skin, but it worked well on my legs and the backs of the arms. I get dry and itchy in those areas, especially the legs, and this scrub really made a huge difference. After I used it (and left it on for the recommended 10 minutes before rinsing) my legs felt super smooth, like crazy smooth, and moisturized and almost all the itchiness was gone. Such a relief! I've been using it for a while now and I think it's a great thing to add to your skincare routine and do a couple times a week if you have time. My only complaint--I wish the tub of scrub was bigger because I'm going through it so fast! Will likely order again. Read more

Like many I live in a smaller home with a shower and no bathtub, so I have made it my mission to find the most Luxury Bath product that work well without a bath. This Himalayan Salt scrub fits the bill for 2 reasons. First, it is a great consistency, not to hard not to runny. So you can easily scoop it out to use it and it doesn't all run down the drain. I used this once so far on dry feet. A lot of it fell off onto the shower floor. Next time I will use on damp feet.The texture itself is rather dry, just like you’d imagine with something that is mostly salt. It does have a bit of moisture, but not much.My hands and very rough feet felt soft and smooth after rubbing in for a few minutes and letting it sit before rinsing.The scent is light and floral, not offensive to a cis male in any way.I will post an update following more usage. This product is amazing!!! I scrubbed it on my skin and it was relaxing and clean and fresh of a feeling, and when I finished, my skin was so soft and so shiny and so moisturized, it was incredible! I think the product works as advertised and this may be great depending on what you're looking for. I have oily skin and prefer for my skin to feel clean and smooth rather than a heavy, moisturized kind of smooth. It didn't cause me to break out but it felt too heavy and oily for my preference as someone who wants to get rid of the oily feeling from my face. I also was not a fan of the earthy smell. I can understand the appeal but I found it to be too sharp and bitter smelling. I found the salt uncomfortable to keep on the skin for longer than a couple minutes. If any gets in your mouth by accident, it won't be a pleasant taste either. Thats unfortunate for exfoliating the mouth area. It felt better on the body than on the face. However, even then, I prefer the feeling of Jengens after shower lotion for moisturizing the body because it's so weightless in comparison to this product. I'm not sure how well it does with stretch marks as I haven't used it long enough. Read more
