I have purchased this item twice. The first time was on 4/19/19, where I received the product at the bottom of the picture posted. I was pleased with the product, using it almost daily. I purchased the item for a second time on 10/8/19, where I received the product at the top of the picture posted. As you can see, this product looks absolutely nothing like pictures shown on the item page or like the first product I received. It's some sort of knockoff and looks just as cheap in person as it does in the picture. I honestly believe this is just some leftover cheap carpet. I will obviously return the item. My dilemma is if I should try re-purchasing the item, hoping to get what is shown in the pictures/what I first received. Based on recent reviews, it seems like this is a one-off scenario, but I feel that my trust with this company/product is completely gone. Beware that this can happen to you if purchasing this item. I'm here to get another one.How can I not love this thing beyond all measure? 9 years of constant use. Back, upper arms, elbows. It would still be fantastic if I just re-sewed the part where the rope is kept.Never had any kind of mold or disgusting issues with it. I've always had it hanging to air dry after every use.There are people who complain about little bumps, like goosebumps, on their upper arms. Well, I haven't had a single one in 9 years because I use this scrubber.Believe me when I say that after nearly a decade of tough use, this thing has been amazing and I'll be loyal to this scrubber until they no longer exist.Maybe I should order two, just in case in another 10 years they're gone.VERY highly recommend! This thing is too flimsy to be useful. It starts to tear on the first use. I mean, come on. Either make a quality product that lasts or get out of the game.Much more effective to buy a dry-brush with a long handle & rub yourself down before showering. And have a wet brush with bristles & long handle to scrub your back while showering. Read more

When wet it turns from a four inch wide scrubbing surface, into a one inch wide narrow rope like devide. Pulling on the end loops changes the wet scrubbing surface into a almost useless narrow rope. It needs a spreader at the ends to keep the scrubbing belt its full width. Read more

This back scrubber works similarly to any back scrubber in this style. It has a soft side and a rough side, and two rope handles. The reason I am giving this three stars is because it is starting to fall apart after only five uses. Particularly, on the rough side the little threads are starting to come off. I've already seen at least 7-8 threads, there are probably more. Additionally, the fabric trim on the edges is starting to come off. This product saved my life. Okay, I am exaggerating a bit but not much. Most exfoliating products are too rough. I remember the days of the loofah and it made my skin red and scratched. This is a gentle exfoliating cloth and hangs to dry easily and doesn't get moldy. I returned from a lovely stay in the hospital with something that looked like alligator skin or fish scales caused by steroids and fluid retention. I used this scrubber faithfully along with shower gel that is homemade with no harsh chemicals and only gentle ingredients by a friend who makes her own toiletry and cosmetic products from the milk from her goats. They might delete this but her small family business is called Rose of Sharon Acres. I am glad I found this product online and would encourage them to market their product more widely. Great in the shower, great for an itchy back. This also works wonderfully to apply lotion to the bottom of the foot and heels for a person with impaired mobility. Just apply the lotion to the middle, See photos. I wondered if this would work and it is great. Read more

This is the best back loofa. The rough side is like sandpaper in a good way, making you feel like you have properly exfoliated yourself. I no longer get any itches or spots on my back at all. It's long enough for those who are tall or wide and is pretty tough. Lasts about a year or two depending on how you use and store after use. I would recommend drying out after use so that the rope attachments last longer. Great product. Read more

I must say that I am very happy with the Aquis Back Scrubber. I have finally found something which does what I need. It is a good length, with nice big handles which make it quite easy to use and manoeuvre when washing your back. On either side there are two different textures, a loofah like material which helps exfoliate your skin which isn't too rough or harsh and a softer material for everyday washing.The product appears to be well made.My only little gripe is that is doesn't dry out fully between uses, it is always a little damp.Apart from that I would highly recommend this to anyone. I have been looking for quite some time for a decent back scrubber that doesn't fall apart after using it a few times. This one is OK and does the job. It has two sides, a soft cotton side and an exfoliating side which leaves the skin feeling nice and soft and is not too scratchy. The only reservation I have is that it doesn't lather up very much unless you use dollops of shower gel/cream. The best I have so far used. Read more

It looks nicely beige, hanging up on the bath-tap, but it's not wide enough, and the surface isn't rough enough, to give the average man's back a good scrubbing. I felt no afterglow at all, after vigorously rubbing in every contorted direction my ageing shoulders could manage. Rope handles don't help, either; they narrow and bow the flat ends of the scrubber.
