I love this product but this new applicator style is absolutely worthless. The previous version with the rounded cap worked flawlessly as you could squeeze out a very small amount each time but this new one with the squared of cap has a much larger opening in the applicator and requires an excessive amount of product to be dispensed in order to apply even the smallest amount of it. This mostly petrolatum (name brand: Vaseline) lip balm contains nice synthetic sunscreens, making it one of the very few lip balms targeted at men to have sufficient sun protection. But that's about where the good part ends. This lip balm is heavily flavored with so much mint that it makes the lips tingle...and tingling is almost a sure sign of irritation. Why so much mint? Perhaps the formulators were trying to cover up the taste of the synthetic sunscreen? As for the other more intriguing ingredients here...they are so far down on the list of ingredients, I wouldn't expect much benefit. But if you want to pay $8 for a strongly minty flavored Vaseline with good synthetic sunscreen additives, this might be for you. Read more

This stuff is awesome! I bought the tube about 2 months ago and still haven't finished it despite using it every day. A tiny bit goes a long way and lasts most of the day. It also smells and tastes good. It's a couple dollars more than Burt's Bees or Soft Lips but lasts probably 10 times longer. Also, for men with facial hair, it doesn't leave any waxy or shiny residue around your lips unlike many others! :) I hated putting on other products and then looking in the mirror later and realizing I'd been walking around with "gunk" stuck to the hair around my mouth.
