It feels silly that it didn't click until I actually used this stuff but to help clarify for everyone:Y'KNOW THAT GEL GUNK THEY RUB ON YER GUMS TO NUMB IT BEFORE AN INJECTION?THIS IS LITERALLY THAT.A++++++ quality numbing, like WOW holy moly.Apply it with a Q-tip and count to 20 before adding more because FFFFFFFFthis stuff will numb u the eff up.Be prepared for "fat tongue" mode and plan accordingly.(Like, don't expect to eat right after use or be EXTRA careful when chewing cuz OOF.)GOOD STUFF, MMMMM-MM.For real tho I'm just.. so sooo glad I got this. BEWARE!!!!! If I can.... I'll give 0 star just because this information there was no where on the page that was mentioned that this item made in China! If I had saw that in the first place, I wouldn't have purchased it. I tripled checked the page after receiving those item by using "ctrl + F) and keyword "China". There's no where the word of "China" is on the item's page . I so shocked that no one had pointed it out. Maybe there is, but I haven't seen any comments. Anyways.... Don't get me wrong.. I have nothing against China, in fact I'm Chinese... I always hear horrible stories about China using bad ingredients in their products and produces etc... Love this product I mix it with clove oil. Apply with q tip lasts and apply better than cheaper brands. I have major dental issues so I need the clove oil added to get complete relief. Do not swallow You can find clove oil on Amazon very hard to find anywhere else will numb almost any toothache must dilute with other oil or with this gel. The clove oils makes the gel lasts much longer cheap gels turn to water and wash off much quicker. Read more
I always joke that my teeth are made of wood bc I am a super conscientious brusher and flosser (my dental hygienists say I am a dream when they do my annual cleanings) but I end up with cavities and have issues ALL THE TIME. I have used this for many different things: sore gums, exposed tooth root(s), and cavity pain (pre-filling). The only thing I wish is that it were a little more pasty than gel so it would stick better - I can go through a tube of this pretty fast if it's a serious pain. But of all the product I have tried, this one seems to work the best. Read more

I have horrible tooth pain Usually and it was yesterday lightly bothering me but not bad. I first used this product at that time to relieve my pain smaller amount of pain until I could see a dentist. After using this one time on mild pain I was overcome with the worst pain I’ve ever felt. This product made my pain worse with using it then the pain without using it. My tooth ache was so heightened from this gel I had to take medication just to be able to breath. It Did Not even a little help me, only made things worse. I don’t know if it was expired or just bad quality but after trying a different similar brand product from a company named Oragel I had some relief. Thanks for nothing. Read more

Everyone should keep a tube of this in their medicine chest or even better the first aid kit. I had one, but when I went to use it I found it was hardened in the tube. I recently broke off a tooth in half. The nerve exposed caused pain with brushing. I have since gone to the dentist ( the same day this item arrived). I will wrap this in foil and then put it in a small zip lock bag to keep it fresher. I appreciate Amazon selling these common (or not so common) items. Read more
