Excessive zinc can lead to copper deficiency anemia so it’s good that this zinc supplement includes a small amount of copper supplement. Most do not. Read more
Low quality Chelated Zinc + Copper from Amazon Elements Store. The cap was broken and Amazon won't do anything about it and said it is not eligible to return. Also, the quality of the supplement is not good. It made me feeling very sick after taking them. I felt very bloated and constipated after taking it, so I stopped taking them. Just a wasted of money. I don't recommend buying this. Better look for higher and a little bit more expensive supplement from other brand than wasting your money on this. Read more
These capsules are unnecessarily HUGE, because they are filled mostly with rice flour. I would rather not be eating large quantities of uncooked refined grain powder.On the plus side, they are very inexpensive for this dosage of zinc and copper.Note to Amazon: Please lose the rice flour and shrink the capsules and the bottle.
