I put mouthwash into the water reservoir of my water pic. About 3 weeks into using this mouthwash, I noticed my tongue was brown and I had a strange taste in my mouth. For the first couple of days, I thought it must have been something I ate. When it didnt go away. I did a bit of research and discovered some mouthwashes can cause a fungal infection on the tongue. Flavor is a cool minty tingle.there is great value for the money because it is no different in my opinion than the optic White of another name brand. It foams up just the same and I like that because it lets me know it's killing all the germs. teeth are visibly wider after use and they have a squeaky clean to them that regular wash does not have. I advise rinsing with water afterwards so you don't have that foamy stuff left in your mouth or throat. Well worth the money. After reading other reviews, I'm wondering if others were used to using pancake syrup. This whitening mouthwash is not bad tasting in comparison with others I've used. I was using Crest Brilliant White and this one is not any worse. In fact it does not leave an after taste. Haven't used it long enough to see how it whitens but so far so good. Read more

This stuff is great. It foams as it has peroxide (the main ingredient in a lot of strips and other whitening products) but the mint flavor is very nice. It’s not as harsh as mouthwashes with alcohol and is easier to take. I really prefer the mint flavor much better than any other mouthwash not sure on the whitening but it couldn’t hurt unless you are one with sensitive teeth using special toothpastes or have worn down enamel.
