For as long as I can remember, I've had trouble sleeping. It takes me a few hours of just laying in bed to actually fall asleep. I avoid prescriptions to limit side effects. I've tried things like ZzzQuil. It did an okay job.This, however, is by far the best purchase I've made. I haven't slept so well in years. It was a calm, deep, and restful sleep. I was concerned that she was taking a Nyquil to sleep and I started researching about the sleep-aid. I found Zzzquil is working all right so I visited Amazon to buy it then I found this Amazon's own brand sleep-aid. The ingredient is exactly the same (according to the label but who knows right?) and it did work for my wife. Price-wise I do not think anything can beat this product if you are a smart buyer.
