The Amazing Grass immunity blend not only taste like a natural fruit but actually works as well for energy just like real vegetables do.It's a tangerine flavor and it's a very citrus tasting flavor as. I can't taste a vegetable flavor at all. This is actually my favorite flavors out of all of The Amazing Grass flavors that I have tried. It's an immunity blend so it also contains a lot of vitamin C and mushrooms that are supposed to be good for keeping your immune system strong. It contains 1000 mg total of vitamin C and 1 total serving of fruits and vegetables per scoop. I get a good amount of energy when I take this in the morning, and sometimes I'll take an additional dose later in the evening if I need some more energy. The powder is superfine so it blends easily. First off, I should say that I have insomnia and have trouble with staying focused and being in a mental fog. I started using the immunity blend once I saw that it has medicinal mushrooms, which are known for their ability to increase mental clarity. I also wanted to booster my immune system as much as possible. I have been taking this for about a week and a half now. I already notice a difference. This is our ‘green juice’ as my son calls it. We love it! It tastes wonderful and is so refreshing. My 2 year old asks for this all the time. I’ve noticed we haven’t gotten any bad illnesses since we started drinking this. If I feel under the weather or my son gets a runny nose it’s gone by the next day if I drink a large glass. I’ve started giving this as gifts to friends and family because I love it so much!Note: I did get a bad batch once. There was a very strong vitamin taste that was a tad bitter. My imunity is comprimized due to chemo treatments and I had a friend recomend this. Since I started taking it i survived this seasons cold and flu that hit my house and I didnt get sick!!! I recently came down with a cold because of a bout of insomia and also because i am going through a lot of changes at this time in my life (stressed out). I was taking this product and got a hold of a probiotic that has a 30 billion propriety blend with the special B. Subtlis DE111 strain (known to boost the immune system.) The cold died down after 2 days and completely left my system shortly after. I am very impressed with both products. In regards to AmazingGrasses Immune blend, i really like that the vitamin C, Astragalus, Elderberry, and Medicinal mushroom blend in addition to all the other ingredients. I was previously using a product that was about twice the price from a direct sale company and while it worked, I feel that this is a much better product. It certainly doesn't taste as good as wine but greens rarely do. The taste is tolerable and the results are well worth it. I've been using it daily for about a month now & I have more energy and my hair/nails look & feel healthier. My only complaint is that it doesn't dissolve easily but I refill my cup with water after I've drank the first dose so that I can get all the powder that is left. I wanted this product for the immunity properties but noticed it also helps with digestive health so I really sold on trying it. Before trying I was always bloated and just feeling icky. I would want to eat but then eating even smaller portions just made me uncomfortable. Five days in on drinking this with my water in the morning and I already dont feel bloated and it has helped keep my digestive system moving. Even down a couple of pounds. Amazing how a bloated icky feeling can make one sluggish so now I'm ready for my walks eagerly instead of feeling like its a chore. I have to say the taste is not so great but I can handle it though I would suggest if you are sensitive to taste then mix it with a smoothie or another type of drink that would mask the flavor. I've been using this brand for years, and still absolutely LOVE it. I hadn't had this tangerine flavor before, and I must say, it's delicious. So versatile too as sometimes I mix it with my favorite juice, and other times I mix it with unsweetened chocolate Almond milk....delicious! Ich liebe es! Bin oft übersäuert, da ich ein echter Zuckerjunky bin. Green Superfood hat mir da richtig weiter geholfen. Seit dem ich es trinke, bin ich auch nicht mehr krank gewesen.
