I can't tell that Amata Life Plus helps with my hot flashes, but I found a definite improvement in my joints. My joint pain lessened, quite dramatically, after having taken this product for several weeks. I went off of it for a month or two and the pain returned. So I went back on the product and sure enough, the joint pain lessened greatly. I love it for this reason; I can do yoga when I'm taking the product, and I can't when I don't. Read more

I found this product works the best for me. I have had menopause for several years...this helps with making the libido happy :) keeps tissues moist and flexible! :) It didn't address the hot flashes that I could tell.
