I just bought these and have been using for a week. I usually use the original Always pads #4, which work great. The Boutique styling is nice and slimmer for day use, but not as good for nighttime usage. So I use the other pads at night. The boutique style can be uncomfortable due to the side material on the pads, unlike the originals I use, I don't know why the sides can not have the cotton sides as the originals. The liner side material on the Boutique irritate and make me breakout, so I can't use daily. I like the slimmer look but I would like to see the side material change and make the pad slightly longer. They are ok and I will use as a daytime liner not the biggest fan of this style at this point. Maybe with more use this may change, but I would like to see changes in length and side material. REVISING review: These are not for me, it seems the material of the pad has changed which does not make this breathable making it very uncomfortable for me to wear. I wore all day and finally had to take it off and put on the Original long pad which has cotton material. Please don't change that product or I will have to look for a new brand. I don't know why you can not make the Boutique brand like the regular panty liners and still offer comfort, support and the thinness everyone seems to enjoy. Not for me! Read more

I have tried all the brands out there. " Always" is the only incontinent pad I will use because it works great. Very absorbent, adhesive works great, but doesn't leave residue when you peel it off like some do and they are comfortable to wear. I have used different thicknesses of their pads and have been pleased with all of them. Read more

i was wondering if these would protect when i opend the package and seen how narrow and thin they were - i have been using another brand and they were thick and bunched up and were not comfortable nor did they work that well to keep your clothes dry - i was really surpsied at how well these worked - will def purchase again - much better than the other 2 brands i have used in the past - Read more
