These diapers are more absorbent than disposables and allow my son to sleep longer at night . I am also saving a lot of money ! I have a 9 month old and I probably only bought about 7 packs of disposable diapers in total .They ARE a bit of work to clean , but you get your wallet fattened up in return , and a baby that sleeps longer in the wee hours since their bum will stay dry longer .I have and will buy these again .DO BE CAUTIOUS:They have to be rinsed in the shower , then put in the washer for a cycle with soap and a second cycle without soap .They also are best if airdried , so you will need about 20 of these diapers to make it thru the day.But anything for a happier baby and a fatter wallet, right ? ;) Read more

These were excellent! I was very impressed! I got these on a chance, and I loved them! I was using one of the top cloth diapers prior and just needed to add a few more to my stash of cloth diapers and my mind was blown at how well these worked out for us! It was just like the top notch, did the job well and were super cute. Also my daughter preferred these as her legs were chubby and these gave a little more room on the thighs (the elastic wasn't as tight as the top brand) Give them a try if you are on the fence. The outsides of the diapers are well constructed and adorable, the inserts they come with are soft, and perfectly absorbent..... but the liner on half of the six diapers are visibly thinner and less "waterproof". While the price is great for a lot of diapers like this, the quality of the product was inconsistent to the point that I wanted to have them exchanged or refunded.... but Amazon was only going to let me return them for refund which is extremely inconvenient. Downfall is they leak so bad at night! I have to wash my daughters bedding if I send her to bed with one on. We use our other cloth diapers for night time! But they are sooo soft and so cute! I've had these for about a month now, I had one bumgenius diaper before these. I really don't see any diff btwn them except for the price. I have washed the diapers and inserts many times already and they are fine as far as the colors and absorbency is concerned. They are a bit bulky, but I think that's all cloth diapers in general. I still use the disposable ones when I go out and at night times, but planning on switching that too. Overall these diapers are very good for the price and I do intend to buy more in the near future. I got these just before my daughter was born. I was so excited to use them, but I had to use up all my baby shower disposable diapers first.As soon as the disposable diapers were gone (a ton of them in one week) I started using the Alva cloth diapers. AMAZING. They are so easy to use! I much prefer them.The microfiber inserts are pretty absorbent. I currently only use one insert at a time but can see definitely using two when she starts peeing alot more. They keep her bottom dry and I have not run into any rashes. She lets me know pretty quick when she has a dirty diaper though. I generally go through about twenty inserts a day so far and just wash them at night. (I use so many because she goes through a couple each change just by randomly peeing and pooping while she cries)The covers are super cute and are holding up well. I think not all of them are made from the same material though. After a couple of washes a few of them started getting fuzzy on the inside. Mind you, I'm not using the recommended detergent so that may be it.Overall, I think they are great and will only use disposable when I fall behind in my laundry.
