I've used this product successfully for many years. It always looked great. The "new improved" version is very difficult to spread on your face, looks like chalk and settles into the lines and pores, accentuating them. I don't know what I'm going to use now because I have never found a better makeup. I called Almay (Revlon) and told them about it, but they had no solution. Ugh, I just can’t quit this foundation. I try to use mostly organic products, which this is not, but nothing works as well for me as this. Goes on smoothly, blends into my skin perfectly, & is just the best darn foundation I have found. Prior history working in cosmetics at Macy’s, I’ve tried everything. You will look scaly & gross if you have dry skin, even if you moisturize first. I feel like this is drying when I first put it on but by the end of the day my face is pretty oily. It looks pretty gross cause you can see that the skin is dry under the makeup but oily on top of it. It's so weird. It was easy to use & did match my skin tone well but I hate wearing it cause it looks gross.Edited 3 months later to add I tried it again today before chucking it out. I actually added a little moisturizer to it (a drop of this & a drop of moisturizer then rubbed together then applied to my face) so see if that helped any but it really didn’t. Still clings to the dry spots & I think it’s the sunscreen in it but it is pastey on my face & really accentuates smile lines & wrinkles. Yep, this is going in the trash. Read more

It actually freaking works I was super skeptical and I struggle finding the right shade of foundation for my face either it’s too light or it’s too orange this is a dream come true and it’s cheap!!!! YAY!!!!! I have dry skin, rosacea and uneven skin tone. I've tried so many different brands of foundation, and this is the only one that both looks and feels great, and lasts all day. The shade is perfect every time. I use 300 when I have a bit of a tan, and 200 the rest of the year, and the shade is always just right. It also feels wonderful going on, gives buildable coverage, and I don't feel like I'm wearing makeup at all; it's sooooo comfortable to wear. It's my go-to makeup all year round. Didn't like this. Wasnt smooth. Quite gritty and gave me streaky coverage. Only tried it because Revlon doesn't sell the beyond natural is used to use any more. I have gone through a ton of different foundations both on the high end and low end, but this one takes the cake! It comes out white, but once you start rubbing it in, it turns the color of your face. It also lasts all day, my face looks the same from when I put it on until the night on my way home from work. I found out I was pregnant in April and read up about how a lot of make up products can contain bad toxins for your skin which can be concerning during pregnancy. So as a personal choice I chose to explore options for more friendly make up. Almay has always had a good reputation for producing make up good for problematic skin, but this truly was a godsend product to wear as a pregnant woman attending a wedding. It added a slight colour to my skin as it matched to my tone and didn’t look overly orange, but gave a nice light natural glow. It instantly felt good on my skin, and I could relax knowing it was safe for my skin. The coverage was good and it helped conceal any blotchy patches from overheating.
