When I bought this a few weeks ago, I thought I had purchased the chocolate flavor. I didn't realize I actually bought the chocolate peanut butter, but wow it was a pleasant surprise! I've been using this protein powder for a while and I'm very happy with this product. Most important thing, no protein farts. Also, the flavors generally taste good. My favorites are Peanut Butter Chocolate and Vanilla. Regular chocolate tastes like swiss miss, if you're into that. I really did not like the banana flavor, as it tasted like banana flavored popcicles, which I'm not a fan of. My husband and I have been using this protein for years now. It is our favorite. It is delicious on its own (even with just water instead of milk) mixed into oatmeal, smoothies, cold brew, pancake mix etc. I would advise if you blend it, to add it last. I make my smoothies all the way first before adding the powder, then do either a quick shake, or fast blend at the end. If you add it all at once you will have a very frothy/head-y, smoothie/drink. Isoflex is great. Taking this protein for a few days and you will feel the difference. It does not give some crazy energy burst, but a steady added energy throughout the day. The amino acid profile is much more than the base protein you find at grocery stores. The taste is superior in the chocolate flavor. Not chalky and doesn't foam up when mixing as others do. My whole family loves this protein, we mainly use it for smoothies. So far we've tried the pineapple coconut, chocolate mint, cinnamon toast and the caramel macchiato and vanilla. Bored of the standard flavours. This was on sale, so gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. I guess it depends on the batch, but not over sweet or lacking as some reviews have suggested. Just a nice flavour that goes well in the blender with spinach, banana and ginger or a lot of other combinations actually.Seems like a quality isolate protein and also very happy that it is free of soy. It's getting harder to avoid soy in anything packaged these days. Docked one star though because of the acesulfame potassium sweetener. Not a fan because of possible issues with it, but its one of the last ingredients with this flavour so hopefully very small quantity.Anyway, just ordered another jug while it's on sale! Read more

The taste and smell of this product is revolting. No matter where I hid it, or placed it inside multiple bags, I couldn’t hide the disgusting smell. I managed to gulp down a few shakes with it, but then ultimately threw it all out. I would highly recommend going with a different product or flavour at least. Read more
