So I've been using other cheap shower mirrors and they were awful compared to this one. They never prevented fogging, they weren't very clear, and they looked cheap. This mirror is crystal clear, large but not too large, and legitimately prevents fogging 100%. I tested it by seeing how long it would take to defog itself. I turned my shower on super hot and got it really steamy, hit the button on the back or the mirror and about 45 seconds later it was crystal clear.I'm honestly amazed at how good this mirror is and I'll never be able to use another one from now on. I had one of the shower mirrors where you add hot water which drains itself afterwards. I was pretty happy with the simplicity and performance but it got lost during our recent move. I couldn't find an exact replacement and bought this after checking reviews on numerous alternatives. This is so far a significant upgrade over my old, hot water powered unit. Absolute must have if you enjoy shaving while in the shower, easy to install and stays where you put it (no second chances once you peel and stick).Super easy to remove and replace from its base to recharge and it recharges fast. I let it fog up while showering then turned it on to see how long it would take to defog, took approximately 1 minute then it was as clear as air.Swivel base lets me swivel it away while shampooing etc. to avoid splashes then swivel it back when ready to shave utilizing a ball flow water regulator (see my review on this high quality regulator) that I installed leading to the shower head. Razor holder is well designed to securely store your razor without holding water.Only slight negative (really not a negative, I knew this when I purchased it) is if you wanted to travel with it (guess you can merely remove it from it's base and take with you) or remove the adhesive it will be nearly impossible to remove and/or reuse, but a question/answer for this product did indicate a way to remove the adhesive backing using dental floss or a wire then buy a replacement 3M adhesive.Just buy it, worth every cent for this type of luxury and quality! I read a lot of reviews of fogless shower mirrors. None of the sounded very good and rarely did they work, whether you were paying $9 or $120! I gave this one a shot and, so far, it has not disappointed. Quick easy install. The de-fogging feature works as described which is awesome. Installed it 1 week ago and so far no issues at all. Staying in place no problem and still holding it's original charge out of the box.*Edit on 10-20-2021: went to plug in and charge it for the first time and it won't charge, the light won't come on indicating charging and just to see if the charging light just doesn't work I left it plugged in for an hour and then turned it on and still flashed indicating low battery. The heating feature doesn't work anymore because it won't charge. The cable is fine, no visible damage, the pins inside the cable plug look fine, the pins inside the charging port look fine as well. This mirror works exactly as described. I push the button on the back and the heating elements heat the mirror and the mirror clears right up within 30s-1min.
