These work well for me. I would have given them a 5, except occasionally they break off at the base and get stuck between my teeth. Kinda hard getting them out.I have a couple molars that are giving me a problem at the gum line (occasionally feel some pain at the gum line). These are great for keeping that condition under control. In one molar the problem pretty much went away. In the other molar, these brushes are keeping it in check. If you have similar problems, I recommend trying these. For those of you that are new to this: Some brands, have more than one size or diameter of the wire and brush -- to accommodate people who have wide or tight gaps between their teeth. My teeth are pretty tight together, and these work pretty well. There a few teeth that are crooked, where these brushes won't fit between. I recently bot another brand [Gum] labeled moderate -- that won't fit between my teeth. Some brands are more expensive. This brand can be found at a lower price. Read more

You think you have brushed and flossed well until you’ve used one of these. They also work great after a meal when you’re away from home. Read more

My dentist recommended that I use interdental brushes to clean between my new implant and crown work. They do a much more thorough job of removing plaque and debris from between teeth, especially at the important gum line, than dental floss. This new dental work was very expensive, so I plan to comply. The first package of little brushes I purchased from a chain drug store. They were pricey and package count was small. So, of course, I went straight to amazon.com! This large package of fifty was a terrific price, and it is nice to have a generous supply. If I'm buying these at the drug store for a lot more money and in a small count package, I'm probably not going to use them as often as I should. I will be back here to repurchase. Read more

Excellent product, stood up to the scrutiny I put it through! I have a 90 year old mom, bedridden, and it really helps clean her teeth. Cleans off as well! Will be purchasing again! Read more

One thing that helps is to dip it in a little LIsterine and it will do wonders for your gums. They are colorful and compact. I'm just afraid of one getting stuck down the drain. Getting ten is quite generous compared to others I've used. The tips are about as small as they get, and hold up for a couple of days. Read more

I had purchased these before at a store and really liked them. They fit between my back teeth very well, really helps scrub between the teeth. I dip them in peroxide between each tooth as I floss, my checkups and cleanings have been amazing. I have smaller ones for the front teeth as these are too large. Read more

Thought I'd give these a try in place off my usual Oral B brushes. These clean as well but the wire is fairly flimsy so I'm lucky to make one around my mouth with one brush. I'll stuck with the pricier Oral Bs which I can clean and get a couple of good uses out off.l Read more
