Studies have shown that each of these components are notable antioxidants individually. They have a synergistic relationship that makes them a potent combination, acting as antioxidant and anti-inflammatories, to boost the immune system and cardiovascular system, along with management and maintenance of blood sugar and cholesterol. There are also indication that this duo may lower blood pressure, too.So, having them both in one supplement is a nice way to ensure getting a daily dose of the duo. In this supplement, the serving size of one capsule contains 200mg Quercetin and 30mg Bromelain. I would have liked a bit more Bromelain, though. To differentiate itself from other Querceting/Bromelain supplements, they include a few other ‘bonus’ ingredients: 30mg Pteris Multifida Extract, 20mg Lobelia Extract, 20mg Plantain Extract, 10mg Vitamin C, 1.2mg Vitamin B6 and 2.4mg Vitamin B12. These are welcome additions, but my primary desire is a good Quercetin:Bromelain quantity and ratio.The packaging displays certifications, badges for Original Country USA, Made in FDA Registered Facitliy and GMP (Certified Good Manufacturing Practice).This supplement matches the product details statements, and offers a credible Quercetin/Bromelain supplement.
