Taking calcium capsules can be a pain. These give 500 mg of calcium in a disc form that is tasty if you like chocolate. The dark chocolate tastes better than the milk chocolate to me and pretty much melts in your mouth. Satisfies a craving for chocolate while getting much needed calcium in one's diet. Try to avoid ordering these during warm weather, as they have arrived melted slightly or a lot depending on when the mail arrives and when you get it out of the mailbox. Read more

I love these because they taste like a delicious dark chocolate. Because it's a calcium supplement/vitamin, I know I can only eat one at a time (versus if it were simply just dark chocolate candy I'd eat a whole bag).
