I’ve had Sinus pain for a decade and I’ve got a surgery recently. After the surgery, my sinus pain got so bad and I couldn’t handle it even with my prescribed pain medications. It has been a relief for migraines and to cool off with.My only issue is that there seems to be water in the mask as well as the gel beads, so it needs to be shaped to your face when in the freezer.
