I bought a new pack but received a used one. You can see the scratches and pieces chipped out of the clips. At least none of them were completely broken, but as a consumer and a prime member, I expect to receive quality products; especially when I could have gotten a similar product cheaper at Walmart. I thought these were nice clips until I used them a few times (3 to 4). Most of the clips are now broken, and I used them to clip up small pieces of hair; I never put pressure on them. Some even broke while being stored in the container where I keep my other clips. These are VERY POOR quality. I would suggest that buyers look for another option. Read more
I ordered more than one set of these and its a good thing because I had five broken ones in the three packages they came in. I was pretty disappointed . Colors are not as vivid as pictured very dull colors. None of the five were broken the same way one was multiple pieces one the spring broke, one only had one side attached to the spring, one had top and botom tips broken off and one had just the top of the tip broken Read more
They break way too easily. They break for no reason, I would have them sitting on my bathroom counter and they would just pop in half without me touchingthem. I am now down to 1 or 2. I wouldn't recommend. Read more
I love that it holds my thick hair in place very well. I do have to adjust it sometimes but it’s really a non issue. The colors are vivid. They have a metallic sheen to them. I was concerned that these would be too long, as in the size that the hairdresser uses, but they weren’t! They are about half the size and perfect for what I needed them for. Will definitely need to buy more in case they stop making these they are that good. The only thing I will do differently is use my glue gun to add extra grip to them to make them slip proof so that my fine hair can stay in place longer. Read more
The clips are very brittle. Just dropping one will break it into three pieces - and that was on a wood floor. It also fell apart when dropped in the sink. I did not throw it violently; the clips simply slid to the floor or into the sink. I doubt that they would be considered "professional." Read more
Work great, doesn't get snagged in clip. But the pin that holds the clip together comes out. So you have to keep pushing it back in. If they fixed that pin issue these would be a 5 star product. Read more
