I have two ugly, long surgical scars from knee replacement. One scar is about two years old, the other a year old. This serum is working extremely well on the older scar. The scar is returning to my natural skin color and flattening. As for the more recent scar I have not seen that drastic a difference, yet the scar is becoming flatter, and I assume will eventually be much less noticeable. I bought this inexpensive cream after having read reviews vaunting it's miraculous results. Well, maybe I do not believe enough in miracles because it did not work at all. I still have the same acne scars, nothing has changed. It is indicated for any skin types and no, I did not have any sign of allergy to this product when usually my skin tends to be very sensitive. It contains allantolin that helps to hydrate, improve and reduce scared appearance. In general this product from China does not really contain any natural ingredients. I was very skeptical about finding a cream that worked. In addition to that, I thought that because the price tag on this item was so low, it couldn’t possibly work........Wrong!!! I am so glad I was wrong. I had an embarrassing new dark acne scar on my nose and got this cream right away.
