This was my first time using rods/rollers and it turned out better than I thought! Four stars since some of the rollers wouldn’t close due to a manufacturing error (Excess plastic on the ends and two were cracked). Other than that they are nice! I suggest smaller rods for better definition and a tighter curl. I also suggest watching a few YouTube videos to get closer to your scalp when rolling. Read more

So, I received my 80pc. rod set and could not believe that I got all of these rods for such an awesome price! I was impressed to find 20 small, 20 medium, 20 large and 20 jumbo rods! So, I received all 80 rods as expected. I used them immediately for my rod set and found that they are durable and did exactly what I needed them to do! I was worried that they would be flimsy or that the black rubber part to close the rods would snap easily or the closure part would pop off and that did not happen at all! I sat under the dryer for two hours and it did not affect the quality and durability of the rods at all. I have only used the pink/medium rods thus far, but I know I made a smart purchase with these! The rods come in two sizes large and medium. I had high hopes for them. When I started putting them in my hair a few of them broke all in the same place on the rubber part. Some of them were cracked. I contacted Amazon and got them replaced. The second bunch was just as bad. Highly disappointed and would not recommend it. Read more
