I was impressed at the quality of the scissors and razor. Not only is the coloring beautiful which is a bonus, but the sheers and razor are super sharp. The kit came with a plastic comb and a little silver circular metal thing about the size of a quarter. I almost want to say maybe it's a sharpener thing because it has little notches of varying sizes along the edge. I didn't read the description so maybe it's explained in there lol. The case was a standard case, nothing fancy but the tools are very nice. I used all three tools to cut one of my wigs to make it shorter and choppy and it was effortless and came out nice. So they break really easily, and instead of taking the time to fix the product so this is no longer an issue, they give you a QR code to watch a video on how to fix their shears because they know that the thinning or notched shears keep breaking, and are really useless. Please if you are not going to fix the issue of them breaking constantly, put the video on YouTube, or here so it is more accessible. So instead of fixing the issue, we as the customer are supposed to use a broken product that they want us to repeatedly fix.Personally I see a problem with this.I tried them anyway, and after my first snip they broke. I fixed them. Then they wouldn't close properly, so I tried again, now it closes but nothing gets cut. if you read any of the other reviews you can see that this is a very, Very common complaint.The hair razor is also Meh. I think my eyebrow razors are sharper. I mean it could be the blade but if that is it, then they need to send replacement blades with them.I will be returning these, as they are not worth the money I spent. Read more

The case is c a bit flimsy, but there are point protectors built into it. The scissors aren't really precision scissors. They are not like sewing or embroidery shears and would not be good for "fine" cuts. However, they did hack off my hair pretty well.The kit seemed complete. Mine came with the texturing scissors as well as the regular ones. The texturing ones allowed me to blend my cuts better than I could have done without them.Overall I'm happy with this product, but I don't think it's really up to a "professional's" standards. Very disappointed in these. Bought these and they were great for 6 months. Now they won't cut at all. Not worth the money. Reached out to the seller and they were no help "scissors dull over time. Sharpen them" I think they should last longer than 6 months, only being used 6 or so times to trim bangs. Awful. Read more
