It works, it’s pretty quiet now, and is small compared to the CPAP scuba gear setups, and it creates some airflow.It helps early in the first half of the night but inevitably it slides off. This is a good idea but poorly applied.I tried it out on a 2 week trip.I have an average to slightly larger head. 7and 3/8. This fits very loosely.I also am hard pf hearing yet I could still hear the hum and sometimes whine of the fans.Last it will not run all night unless you use the lowest setting.I did not expect a perfect substitute for my cap machine but I did expect better than this.
