I’ve bought hair ties similar to these horse themed ones, so I am able to compare this product to those past purchases. These hair ties have very little stretch to them. Some of them, like the white ones in particular, once stretched out, did not go back to their original shape and remained stretched/useless. The thickness is average for this type of product, the colors are just as they are pictured. If you don’t want to use these for actual hair ties and just have them as bracelets, then you are definitely getting a good deal there seeing as how bracelets can be a bit pricy, but if you’re wanting them for use in your hair, I would suggest trying a different brand.
