I just made my second purchase of this item. I want to cry because after taking this product for about a month I walked almost normal again. My right knee has cartilage gone on one side, bone on bone. It was at times excruciating to even roll over in bed. I am too young for a knee replacement and cortisone shot which is actually not good for you lasted about 3 months. I hurt so bad I didn’t want to move, fast forward.... I researched and found this product and was concerned about the price but at my pain level I tried it anyway. This Product is the TRUTH! I’ve had knee issues for past 4yrs, & 2 surgeries w my last arthroscopic surgery wk after xmas. I am on my second bottle of this product. It is expensive but worth it. I have tried many, many memory improvement products that did nothing to help me. I am a 76 year old woman who has noticed in the last year that names of people and places have just disappeared from my memory. It is very frustrating, especially in conversation! I'm so happy to have found this product because, after months of doctor visits and diagnostic tests, it turned out that my chronic diarrhea was being caused by the curcumin supplement I was taking and the gastroenterologist said this is fairly common! Every other brand I tried did the same thing to me and after some research I discovered that it was the piperine (black pepper extract) that's added to all curcumin supplements to increase absorption to which I was sensitive. This curcumin has no piperine and it contains boswellia serrata which has been in use for centuries and has its own anti-inflammatory properties. I contacted them because I wanted to make certain it had turmeric in it and they were detailed in the response and answered my concerns.
