This dryer met my expectations and more. As a professional hair dresser I am pretty picky with my tools. It is very well balanced and won’t strain the wrist after a days work. It is a very sleek and minimalist design. Three heat level setting and a cool shot are a really great feature. Many time we only see high or low and no temperature control. You of course have high and low speeds.The attachments are sturdy and attach to the unit securely. I had no issues with them coming off. The diffuser is really what stood out to me. I’m not one to get hyped about a product, but I’m stoked right now. Last night, after I took a shower, I plugged in my new dryer, and it worked. It actually dried my hair. Like, all the water that was in there, was gone. I almost couldn’t believe it. So the next day I decided to do a scientific study of the dryer. I only used it on half my head. As you can see in my picture, half of my head is completely dry. No wetness at all. If you are interested in getting dry hair, this bad boy delivers. Run, don’t walk. My hair is dry and fluffy every time when I blow it. I tried several hair dryers and they just dried my hair so I decided spending more on the hair dryer. And this time, I feel better.The machine is not loud and the heat is comfortable but the wind is strong, so my scalp dry fast but the hair can still keep some moisture. After 6 months of use this hair dryer blew up! It literally blew glass out while I was drying my hair!!! Thankfully my hairbrush stopped it from hitting my face but what in the world?? I've been needing a new hair dryer for quite awhile. Mine has been really bad for awhile. It started sparking, so I was in absolute need of a new one. I was really excited to get this.The texture feels nice. It's that sort of silicone feeling. That may not be a factor for you, but I think it makes it a little easier to hold on to since it isn't shiny and slippery.The buttons are labeled clearly and make it super easy to know what each does. It has a 9 ft cord that makes it easier to blow dry your hair when the outlet is far away. It was a pain for my blow dryer to reach my head before this one. It also has a Velcro piece to keep it wound up for travel (I always lose those, but it's a nice gesture 😂). I have really straight hair, so I don't personally need a diffuser, but it's nice that it's included for the curly haired girls out there. I'm not so sure I believe in all the claims of what the ions do, but it dried my hair without hurting it (or starting a fireand that's all I ask for in a blow dryer. Read more

Let me preface this by saying for the majority of my life, I did not use a blow dryer--I just let my hair air dry until just a few years ago, and even when I eventually got a blow dryer, it was not particularly high quality. So I don't know how this compares to a high end hair dryer. However, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I feel like my hair is softer using this dryer, and I like the different settings and tools that come with it. My previous one only had high, low, and cool, and invariable it either took forever or the skin on my neck ended up irritated from the excessively hot air. This dryer has high, medium, and low options for heat, high and low options for speed, and the cool option, so there is a lot of versatility depending on what you need. I haven't really figured out how to use the diffuser attachment, but the concentrator helped get my hair straighter and better styled. I also felt like this was a fair price for what you get with it.
