The 2 bottles I bought are very hard, almost like glass, so there's no way to squeeze them to get anything out of them. This makes no sense. It defeats their purpose. I bought them to put shampoo in because I have arthritis and wanted something easy to use, but there's no way to get the shampoo out because the bottles can't be squeezed!
