The media could not be loaded.  I have been stormed by leg cramps so painful they would wake me at night. I found that Magnesium Glycinate could help with muscle cramps in my research. This seemed to help for a couple of weeks, but recently, I was not only getting the leg cramps but the pain that comes after them. Often the pain that resembled the tightness and pain after a cramp would last for as much as 2 to 4 days or more, so I had to try another thing. I found Magnesium 5 in 1 from kappa nutrition and decided to try it, and It Has many types of magnesium. I have been taking this supplement for weeks, and I swear I have not had a leg cramp, spams, or the pain that comes after them. I was impressed with this product. One of my fingers had terrible pain, arthritic to be exact, has been there coming back and going out every once in a while, also has been locked, and I feel so desperate that I did not know what to do. I took this supplement for about 4 weeks and noticed I had no locking joints or pains in my hand fingers. As yet, none of the other problems described above have recurred. I have also been sleeping tremendously and more continuous hours and feel better. I am thankful for this supplement and will continue taking it every day. I can't honestly say what makes this supplement help so much. Maybe it's the combination of different types of magnesium and the addition of Vitamin D3 and Zinc. I can only tell you that this supplement has worked wonders for me.As an old guy at the age of 77 years, I have limited what I do every day. My back and hip pain has been terrible for many years too. Also, my knees have pain since I live in a two-floor home. Sleeping was awful, and waking up at night was typical when I slept. I take magnesium (usually a blend) every single night to help me sleep. I have been taking mag supplements for about a decade now and it makes all the difference in my sleep quality. It is not something that is easy to get from diet as there are many factors that come into plat. It will never hurt to take magnesium as it is part of hundreds of body systems. Kappa Nutrition is a quality company, I have never had any issues with  any of their mag products  and am happy to try this Magnesium supplement.Beyond a few different magnesium chelates (providing 280 mg elemental mag), it also has D3 and Zinc. I wasn't sure how well this would work at night since I am a little sensitive to D3 taken later in the day, and malate can be energizing. But I gave it a whirl. It might have disrupted my sleep a bit, or it could be coincidence. SO, what I have been doing it taking half the dose (1 capsule), and using in in conjunction with another magnesium supplement. I usually have 2-3 bottles of magnesium at my bedside in case I cant find a particular blend, or if I want more of one type of magnesium.Not all magnesium are the same, not all do the same things for every person, and whether the mag chelate is considered highly absorbable or is of a kind that is considered low, it comes down to individual body response. Blends work best for me.On the flip side, I wonder if I could take this during the day, but I havent tied that because if it makes me sleepy.. well, that would not be good. So I have it worked out that I take 1 cap of these and 1 cap of another, and 1 cap of yet another brand. I had run out of the other mag (that I linked above) by them that I really like, so I think I will stick with that--for my needs.
