Item is exactly as pictured in the ad. Me and my girlfriend have been using this since I received it. Between the 2 of us I pierced probably 40 piercings. The gun is easy to load and use. The earrings aren't the best quality but you need them as piercing earrings as they have the very sharp and pointy ends. We leave them in for about a week and a half and then switch to another earring of choice. So for what they're needed for theyre fine. They do the job. This piercing gun works great and was very painless and easy to use. My wife used it to pierce her nose. It works well! As everyone else has said, the jewelry is not what you would want to leave in, I'd recommend buying your own to put in right after. But they have the sharp ends that pierce well. Also, I haven't seen a review about this, the hole that this gun makes is about a 20g so make sure whatever jewelry you buy separately is 20g. Read more
