While it is a very cute bag, it is much smaller than I had thought — my fault for not reading the description more thoroughly. It does indeed hold a six pack.I found out the hard way that the bag leaks. This lunch bag is good for packed lunches that do not require ice.My one use occurred on the boat where the bag was stained. I have not been able to get the stains out even after a washing.I do like the bag. My only wish would be a slightly bigger waterproof satchel. Read more

I like the ocean blue color of the bag and that it’s made out of recycled material. The straps are canvas rope material and seem durable. The inside is a bit narrow, but it fits regular-sized Tupperware containers. It is good for carrying tall drinks or water bottles as well. The zipper closes all of the way and keeps food relatively cold. It has decent insulation, but you may want to put an ice pack in there if you want to keep it cold for more than a few hours. This tote is as lovely in your hands as it appears to be in the seller's photos.Moreover, it feels as sturdy as other insulated bags we own, even with its incorporation of recycled materials.From a practical perspective, what we like best about this insulated bag is its size.This tote has dimensions that are unusual; basically, it exists in the space between insulated shopping bag and insulated lunch bag.The intermediate size makes for a good mix of portability and capacity.It also has a zipper closure, which makes it nice and secure as you move about.The handles are made with folding webbing, so they are comfortable, even when the bag is filled with heavy things.Insulation wise, this tote is on par with similar lunch type insulated bags.When the tote arrives, it includes a card outlining how they incorporated recycled material into the fabric.It also outlines other products from the same "Wave of Change" line as this tote.I believe this would be ideal as a lunch tote, simply because you could easily fit your food, snacks, AND beverages all in the same bag.It would also be great for: camping, carrying a subset of groceries (meat, frozen, dairy...), keeping a spare insulated bag in your car, road trips, etc... I got one of each of the types of bags in this set- the snack bags, the lunch tote, and the silverware pouch. I like all of the bags a lot.The zippers work smoothly on all of the pieces that I received, and the sandwich bags are the perfect size for a standard sandwich... although I cannot bring myself to put a sandwich in the designated sandwich pouches without first wrapping it first in either a paper towel or plastic wrap.... which I realize pretty much defeats the purpose of using it instead of a ziplock baggie.The lunch tote is my favorite, and my partner's too. He takes the lunch tote to work regularly. It is the perfect size for a medium sized lunch. We easily fit a sandwich, a grapefruit, a banana, a small bottled drink, and a snack into the bag with room to spare.I saw a review complaining that the lunch tote doesn't hold eight cans of pop without bursting... which is not surprising because it is clearly not designed to be used for that. You can put at least four cans in it, but I wouldn't personally put any more than that into a FABRIC lunch tote, even though it has the CAPACITY to hold a couple more. The weight will rip the seams where the handle connects to the bags. Also, if you overstuff the bag, you run the risk of breaking the zipper. It is important to use common sense.Calling the tote insulated is a bit of a stretch, but it is easy to clean. It is a good transportation option to keep food cold while you take it from point A to point B, but don't expect it to KEEP your food cold for a prolonged period of time.
