I don't see it either in the picture or description, but it is a user agreement that says that using product means agreeing to terms & conditions, which includes MANDATORY ARBITRATION. Okay, I bought this before I read the reviews. Dissolved the little packet in my 24 oz water bottle, and went about my day. It tasted fine!! I was so confused by the reviews saying it tasted terrible.Well today I followed the directions and did the 8 oz. BIG MISTAKE.Just dissolve the packet in more water, and it really helps. Mom gave me a couple of her berry flavored packets to try out.It was like Crystal Light, like that sugary substitute flavor mixed with powdered aspirin x10. Not good.Then I read some reviews saying this one was like a tart lemonade. Some said kinda bitter. I thought "I like my lemonade a bit tart"NO. JUST NO.Taste nothing like lemon. Or lemonade. More like alkaseltzer mixed with melted aspirin & sugar substitute flavor.It was awful. I even tried to mix into a smaller amount of water to take like a shot. Nope.There's no way around it. You can't avoid the bitter nasty chalky taste.I take BC Powder regularly and don't mind the taste at all. I kinda like it. I bought these for extra hydration and for vacation as we would be doing some drinking and I didn't want to feel poorly (I am a light weight! lol). I even used them for a wedding, passed them out to all who were partying the night before and they all said it made them feel better fairly quickly. A celebrity wife uses the other hydration electrolytes that you buy at the big box store, but if you check the ingredients on them they have a WHOPPING 11g Carbs and 11g Sugar! Whoa!!! Nope - so when I found these I was very happy. They have only 1g of Carb and Sugar each. So much better for your body. You need Hydration, not all the sugar added with it! Try these, they're awesome. I ordered this after reading all the reviews because I think some people have a huge misconception of what this product actually is/does. My husband and I love it and it tastes great! Vital proteins has been a trusted brand for a long time in our home. After recently having a baby and starting breastfeeding it’s been great having these to stay hydrated and producing milk. We buy the big bag and will buy again once we’re out. We make ours in a protein shaker with ice and 12 oz of water. It’s perfect every time! Read more

I was looking for a low-sodium hydration powder when I found this product. I'm pregnant, so I don't like to use many of the other hydration products which are high in sodium. This powder mixed easily in a bottle of water with just a little skaking. The flavor wasn't my favorite, but was just fine. I get dehydrated easily and was worried about becoming dehydrated in the heat of our vacation, especially given my pregnancy. I drank one of these each morning and felt great all day. The bonus collagen probably helped my joints a bit considering the amount of walking we did. I'll probably continue to purchase this product at least throughout my summer pregnancy. Read more
