Tried other Tumeric Supplements. Most were just ground root in capsules. It only works properly if its truly 500mg Tumeric extract with 95% curcumenoids. I have been using turmeric for a good while and have limited success with various brands. I usually conserve a review for a few weeks to a month or so of using a product. That said I feel compelled to write a review after only a few days. This stuff is AWESOME. I was really hesitant to buy at the price point on Amazon. I am so glad I did. After just 2 days, I have noticed a dramatic effect on both my arthritis and my brain fog from unrelenting anxiety. I decided to try a new brand since I had been taking my old one for so many years. I noticed a difference within days....the capsule is fairly large and I have trouble with large pills but have not had any issues at all swallowing it.
