I see a lot of negative reviews about this product that clearly tell me those reviewing it aren't accustomed to anything natural and organic and were previously using toxic sunscreens. I've been using this brand for years on my family of 5. I am photosensitive, I don't just burn but I get blisters and the sun feels as though it's burning my skin within minutes of being in it. This is the only sunscreen that prevents me from experiencing such a reaction. It is thicker than toxic sunscreens, but it's so much easier to apply than other leading brands of mineral sunscreens. There's no "traditional" sunscreen smell to this brand. It's a light scent that doesn't linger or stick to clothes and towels like the toxic stuff does. I have a sensitive nose, and this seems to be the only brand that doesn't cause me to get a headache. Every summer I research sunscreen and I always end up keeping this brand, because it really has been the best for our family. We swim daily, in the direct sun and none of my children ever get sunburned with this on. I only need to apply it before getting into the pool and it works the entire time they swim, which is usually an hour and a half. Read more

Zero stars. I bought the sun screen so I could feel better about going into the ocean on my honeymoon. 45 minutes. 45 min snorkeling and that’s what my back looks like. And I applied liberally. I am white. I made sure that there was a white sheen on my skin from the sunscreen too. I loved it, I was so excited. It smells great, however I could have just rubbed dirt on my back and it would’ve worked better. I just spent two weeks near the ocean. I used this sun protection daily. I am thrilled that my unwanted freckles have not come out! I don't have to worry when wearing this easy to spread lotion. I like the main one comes in the paste tube. It definitely stays on there tough. I mean very tough, it's very tough to scrub it off in the shower. The small stick type that came in this package is pretty greasy compared the more liquidy main paste, and even harder to get it off. (needing several consecutive days of shower scrubs) Read more
