I have been using this product for years. Wherever this product came from, it is expired. Very expired. Amazon is shipping expired makeup products. The makeup stinks of alcohol and that is a tell tale sign. It cracks badly and doesnt apply as it should. I have spoken to revlon and they have assured me they have not changed their formula. Shame on them! Check your makeup products. Yeah maybe this came straight from Revlon but it is shipped by amazon. So they are pulling expired makeup products out of their warehouse and shipping them. OMG I used to love this revlon liquid liner. However they have changed the formula to be color stay all day wear and it just crumbs up before the end of the day. Terrible! Trying to fold the old bottles that have the gold stripes on them. BRING THEM BACK REVLON. This goes on well but if you reapply like me you'll have flaking and you can FEEL it on you. WOW, this is an incredible liquid eyeliner ever!!! I was on the quest of searching the best looking Black eyeliner out there and I thought I'd tried Revlon Superstay Liner in Blackest Black. I'm so pleasantly surprised! I finally found my holy grail and I just purchase another one! This color is really incredible-matte, deep and opaque in the very best way possible. The brush is pointed and short haired-making it easy to control and make drawing a perfect wing less daunting. I have tried so many popular liquid eyeliners, such as Soap&Glory's Supercat (Jet Black and Pitch Black), Inglot gel Liner #77, Estee Lauder Liquid Black Liner 'Onyx', NYX Black Epic Ink Liner, Tarteist Black Double Take Eyeliner, Milani Black liquid eyeliner, etc....you name it! They are all quite good but nothing impresses me as Revlon's Colorstay Eyeliner. I signed up to revive 2 every 3 months however I needed 2 more the next month the brush is not even making it very difficult to apply and it goes on so dry it looks like it's going to flake off. I'll give it one more chance before calling subscription and yes I've had to order from somewhere else just to get some that are good. I’ve been loyal to this brand for awhile. Super hard to find a good liquid eyeliner. It’s not waterproof but I didn’t buy the waterproof kind so yeah lol It stays on well though esp after you’ve done a full face and are ready for lashes. It also blends well with my lashes and I will definitely buy again. You get two for the price of one which you can’t beat considering how expensive eyeliner and make up in general is these days.
