I have to admit I was super skeptical. I was introduced to red light therapy during a visit to Las Vegas, but could not afford the $1,500 device. Reading reviews, I decided to take a chance with this product. At first, I was not consistent with my use. I finally committed to setting aside time to use the device every other day. After one week, I could tell that my skin was plumper, my sun spot was shrinking, and the fine, fine lines were fading. As I educate myself more about this type of therapy, I am finding more ways to increase my results. I am amazed!! I have been using this device for only two months and it has made my face smoother and is working on fine lines and volume loss. But the biggest surprise... I'm using less and less thyroid medication! I have hashimoto's thyroiditis, and I had read that red light therapy could be a cure, because it can repair damaged tissue, well I'm a believer. I researched Red LED light therapy, and liked this unit the best because of the surface area it covered, knowing I would want to use it on my chest and neck area as well as my face. The unit itself is good quality, and seems to hold a charge for a good amount of time ( 45m+ At least) Doing research, I knew I had to have a good serum like product to use with this and after I used it. I use a Prickly pear oil and then a RF serum- like cream after. I also knew that most people see results after consistent use for weeks/ a month or two. I have been using it once a day for 7 days and I literally CANNOT believe what the side by side photos looked like! I knew I felt like my skin looked brighter, but even my nasal labial lines were clearly less! LIKE What?! Delivered quickly. Arrived in perfect condition. Great price point. The device must be firmly on the skin to activate, very happy with this safety feature. We have two of these now as someone in the family is always using it (First one is about 2 years old and works like new.Same device not positive same seller.) Came with goggles and a free sample of face serum. :} I use it to tighten skin on face and neck. We also use for pain relief, tho I am not sure it is advertised as that. I love this product - red light treatments are very expensive - I had used them before from a tanning salon - I had researched benefits of red light treatments that NASA used for their astronauts so when I came across this hand held one on Amazon I was thrilled to find it to use in your own home - red light will tighten, firm skin also has many other healthy benefits for your body - just google about articles about red light treatments and the NASA info - it is very interesting - I give this product 5 stars for doing what it should do and love that it is hand held ☺️ Read more

I've only been using this to increase testosterone, and so far after a few weeks I can say that I definitely feel better at the gym. Could be a placebo effect, but I'm going with it. I do it for a cycle every morning and night. Some reviews and descriptions say a light cycle is three minutes, but mine is ten. That actually works better for me, so just an FYI.
