I ordered this Kidney Support after suffering for a few weeks ( since I was 19 ,I’m 37 , but really bad at this point) with my right kidney hurting, excruating pain.. blood in urine, the whole thing, trying to avoid going to the doctor because I know all he’s going to do is give me antibiotics ( I try to keep it as all natural as possible) which help but cause more damage in the long run. I went about my day and about 45 minutes later I was explaining about kidney fever, and pain to a friend and it dawned on me that I hadn’t flinched in awhile, I hadn’t sat down carefully as not put extra pressure, when my cousin hit me on the back as a hello I did not pass out. 45 minutes and I felt like I hadn’t felt in awHile.. No fever since the pill, no chills, no sweats, not even blood in the urine at this point. When I got home I ordered 2 more bottles just to make sure I have them. I recommend this product for anyone suffering with kidney issues or even maybe to just to be safe. Listen to me and make your own choice. In February of 2020 my doctor said I was showing signs in my blood panel of heading towards chronic kidney disease. High creatinine levels and a dropping egfr. That is indicated in one of the included photos. Today September 1, 2020 I got my follow up panel. My creatinine is down 40 points and my egfr climbed 32 points. See the second picture.What did I do you ask? Limited my red meat intake. I love steak. But now I love it 3-5 times a month. Stop taking diet supplements like protein powders, pre workout supplements and creatine. I made it a point to eat more fresh blueberries and dried cranberries (no or low sugar added)for breakfast. I added more veggies to my diet like green and red peppers and cucumber.I took one of these pills in the morning and one at dinner. I also started drinking matcha green tea instead of coffee all day. Though I still drink black coffee in the morning. Stay hydrated. Excersise. I lift weights. Cardio is not my favorite. Don’t drink alcohol to excess or at all preferably. That stuff is poison no matter what pop culture tells you.The pills probably helped but a few tweaks to your diet are also necessary. Lets hypothetically believe the pills are responsible for 10 points of positive change. The rest is your diet. Most important is I also lost 10 pounds in this time period. I've had symptoms that seem to point to impaired kidney function. These are: swelling ankles and calves, muscle cramps and twinges, shortness of breath and heart palpitations. True story. My kidney functioning had slightly decreased from 60; I was referred to a Nephrologist for monitoring to prevent possible kidney disease.
