I began using this right away in the front of my scalp (for my bangs) and edges. The next day I putt a small ( I MEAN TINY) dot of this on one finger then shushed together with finger of opposite hand and gently rubbed in my eyebrows. I've experienced hair loss around my temples because of braids. I was skeptical that this product (and all such products, frankly) could help regrow my hair but after only a month of using it I honestly see new growth. I take a vitamin that contains biotin but other that that I haven't changed anything in my diet or hair routine. Once the change is noticeable to others I will post a pic.
