It's ok. I have been looking for something that works with my daughter's and my wavy/curly hair... that tames frizzies, but doesn't weigh hair down, make it greasy or less wavy/curly and one that isn't so clarifying that I can't finger comb my hair after using it. Well... I cannot finger comb my hair after using the shampoo, but my hair doesn't look oily after one day (which is a problem with other shampoos that strip the natural oils). The conditioner makes my hair soft, but it is greasy feeling on my hands and doesn;t rinse off with water. However, it doesn't weigh down my hair or cause it to look oily after one day. But it doesn't work at all for frizzies. Maybe it will work better for other hair types. I don't hate it, but I won' be using it again. Read more

I loved the smell as well. I can see this being a great whole family conditioner and am hopeful that it will help keep my hair healthy in these very cold and dry winter months. We have been using this conditioner in our daughter's hair since she was a toddler. Took a couple of years off to see if we could find a less expensive option and nothing compares. She has long, medium thick curly hair that tangles easily and this is the only thing that works for us. You can also mix a little with water in a spray bottle instead of buying the detangler, it works just as well! When I was a kid, we had "Tame"... Tame sucked and every time my mom would brush my hair I would cry and cry. I almost carried on the tradition of "hair-hate" until I found this product line. Gentle on sensitive skin, she can even use this sitting in the tub without irritation. The deep conditioner and the leave-in as well as the miracle detangler have stopped the cycle and saved our relationship. Also, my kid doesn't wake up looking like Tina Turner from "Beyond Thunderdome" anymore either! Sincerely, I cannot praise this product line enough. This is the best conditioner I have ever used! I have long color treated hair and this makes my hair so soft and detangled. I get lots of compliments on how nice my hair smells. I usually have to use a product to help with frizziness but with this conditioner it's not necessary. I am surprised at some of the reviews complaining about how strong the smell is because this product has a nice scent that is not overbearing. My 3 year old had really long, moderately thin hair that was constantly a tangled mess. Of course, like most 3 year olds she hates having her hair brushed. This is my favorite children's conditioner! When my eldest son had to wear a helmet, we had to find shampoo and conditioner that was unscented so it would not cause irritation. After trying numerous brands at both whole foods and sprouts, Original Sprout was discovered! It smells wonderful and conditions extremely well!
