Okay, so you are looking for something to ease your dandruff. Here's one thing you should remember: there is no one-shot-instant-dandruff remover shampoo that can magically remove it all in one go (well, not that i am aware of) the key to a clean dandruff free scalp is actually CONSISTENCY. :)I started using Neutrogena Daily control expecting the same thing. Did it completely disappear? NO. But was it lessened? YES. After 2 washes i started to see the difference. (see picture) So if you try this out, give it some time. Be consistent. :)P.S. the scent is cool and fresh as to a certain cologne a guy would use. And since it's a cleansing shampoo, it can leave your hair a bit dry, which is why, what i do is, i lather the product on my scalp area, then i apply conditioner on the lower parts of my hair while the shampoo is still on. Then i leave it in for 3-5 mins which will be the time for me to soap and scrub.Oh, and yes, do consider that this comment is in general. My son does very well with using this product. The shipping preparation needs to be better. When we received the package some of the shampoo had leaked from the containers. I think shrink wrapping the product would help keep the lid closed thus eliminating leakage. Read more
