It was such a great toy and I was able to do many things with it, including:Using it as a prop while reading along with the storyTeaching my kids colorsteaching my kids opposites and sameteaching my kids to countTeaching my kids inside, outside, in and outPlaying pretend fish tank before they got a fish tankand last but not least (the last topic that has come up playing with them) racism. Very, very pleased with this educational toy. I bought it for a one year old. The fish are brightly colored and perfect size for little hands. The fish bowl teaches in and out, also great storage for the fish. Colors and counting can all be introduced. I bought the matching book to go with the gift. Read more

The toy is just as pictured and appears well made. I like that it isn't too big. The fish bowl and little fishes are just the right size for little hands. But I was surprised to find that the fish bowl is not rigid. I guess that is okay, but may make it a little harder for a young child to use. Also, the packaging was a little odd. The cardboard box has a large opening to display the toy, but the opening has no cellophane. it is just...open. Instead, the box arrived sealed up in an oversized, loose plastic bag. I purchased this for my grandson and it turned out to be a multi-purpose toy. His parents also use it to transport additional small toys when they go to visit friends. He's almost 11 months old and loves to take the fish and other toys out, and put them back in. The fish are just the right size for small hands. This is a favorite at our house. My 16 month old loves pulling the fish out of the tank and putting them back in. This is a great introductory tool for counting and practicing motor skills with placing items in a container. The material is soft and high quality. Read more

I love this, it’s adorable. The fabric fish are great for chewing on and the bowl is fabric as well. My son loves emptying all the fish out of it. They all make different noises and once he starts to learn colors we will definitely use this. It’s really good quality too. Read more

Bought this for a Dr Seuss diaper cake. It was the perfect scale for the cake topper! I took it out of the packaging and examined it. It was a fun toy. Had to stop playing. Cause it had squeakers in it. My dogs thought they could play with. .... lol Read more
