The products are good but they just came leaked which led me to get the gel nail polish all over my hand and the box. It took me more time cleaning everything than unboxing the box. I got both the set they have. The other one came in not leaking condition so that was great. I was NOT able to apply the promo code to get separate free top coat and base coat that they stated on the page which I am bummed but so far, they are great. Just wish they come with more variety of color since there are so many similar color in one set. If you like gel polish, you need to get this set. Why? Because the colors and consistancy is very nice! I only wish the bottles was little bigger. I will have to take one star off to be fare and make sure Makartt takes some notes on packaging. The bottles are well protected with foum but they some how open during shipping. One of my bottles come open and there was a big mess inside the box. I was mad because one of the colors I really like was the one opened and now I am left with half of a bottle but regardless all of that m, you can't beat the quality and price of this set. The base and top coat are nice as well.For thouse of you who ever try to drow nail art with gel polish and blend colors, most likely know that gel tend to separate during the process of blending and makes things super hard. In my opinion the texture of this gel polishes are little bit better and very pigmented to get the blending done little bit easier. I will submit pictures of my nail art I did in my nails using only this set of polishes. I did the nail art on top of polygel set from Modelones and there was no issue doing so m, considering sometime you don't want to mix brands because their formula are different from each other.What I did : once I place my modelone Polygel I file my nails to my likings. Use some rubbing alcohol to clean the nails than I use Modelones prep( dehydrator), to make sure there is no any oil or debris left on my nails. Next, I put one coat of base coat from the set, and cure under UV/LED lamp for 60sec and after that I start my nail design with the gel color polishes. I ended with one coat of top coat from the set and I was all done! If you are still wondering if you should buy the set, I will say YOU SHOULD. You are getting good variety of colors, they will last you a long time!Update! Note on swatches: 2 coats of color (except purple shade which is 1 coat) with one layer of topcoat. Picture is taken in direct sunlight and I would say the colors are true to life. Second photo shows all colors under a nail lamp, with exposure lowered slightly to illustrate that some of the colors glow under the light, indicating they have some neon pigment.I was pleasantly surprised by these polishes, and I'm very happy with the size of the bottles. At first I thought they might be smaller than some of my other gel polishes I bought on Amazon (ex. Beetles), but these bottles actually hold more product, so this set is a great deal if you want some pastels. As an example, these my card bottles hold 8 ml while my Beetles bottles hold 7.3 ml, and my modelones top coat only holds 10. I paid $30 for the set which comes with 10 colors, and a top coat and base coat which I did not expect. That's about $2.50 for each bottle, which is a very low price especially considering how good these polishes seem.I was surprised with how opaque they are, with two coats they look perfect. The pictured swatches are two coats of color and one coat of top coat, except on the purple shade which only required one coat of color, which is pretty impressive for a pastel. I also didn't expect this, but some of these are neon pastels as you can see from the photo where some colors are glowing under my LED lamp. I've only swatched them so far and haven't worn them yet, but I make press-ons and most gel polishes work really well for that purpose. Colours in this set are gorgeous, I was wowed each time I opened a bottle. They are highly pigmented and quite a creamy consistency, meaning you can get very good coverage with just one coat. I’ll definitely be buying more makartt gel colours. Read more
