I bought these because I recently turned 50 and my blood pressure has been climbing because I’ve been going through perimenopause. In my research I discovered that low levels calcium, vitamin D, magnesium and potassium can result in high blood pressure. I haven’t been getting the calcium and vitamin D that I needed in my diet and I live in the North East and have darker skin so I get limited sunlight (Vitamin D). So I decided to start supplementing which I was initially nervous about. But so far I’ve noticed my blood pressure has decreased significantly and I think it has something to do with the magnesium. I’m not too worried that levels of potassium are too low as I can make up the difference in my diet. But this significant change in my Blood Pressure numbers is enough for me to continue to take as I refuse to go on blood pressure medication. Read more

This stuff really works. I had nightly cramps in my feet and toes, sometimes so bad nothing would stop them except standing in scalding hot water. The label says take 4 tabs with a meal or full glass of water. I took two and barely had any cramps the first night (just hours later). I have been taking 2 per day and no cramps at all...until I forgot yesterday and had some mild cramping last night. Maybe if I was taking the full dose I could skip a day and not suffer. Read more

I like these vitamins as I’m in my early 50s and trying to get all my nutrients without all the calories. They seem to be helping strengthen my bones and I heard the boron is good for pre-menopausal women. Read more

This is a very good product. I take it in conjunction with other stuff. Does not upset my stomach. I just needed to take it a few times to adjust to it. I take it a little before or a little bit after a meal. I try not to take it on an empty stomach. It gets along well with all the other vitamins and minerals that I take along with it. Great bottle of Calcium with other nutrients .I was late in making another order for the Lifetime capsules so I purchased calcium from a store near me, but it dose not have the Mg's that Life time has.Next time, I will notice if there is a subscription plan for the calcium. This calcium supplement has the addition of magnesium, Vitamin D and boron which all work togethor for proper absorption. I was searching for this combination and was absolutely delighted to find it on Amazon. I ordered 3 bottles and am now on my second bottle. I take 2 capsules mid morning and 2 in the evening. In addition to protecting my bones, I sleep better and have greatly reduced PMS symptoms by taking this calcium supplement. Will be re-ordering this brand when I start on my 3rd bottle.
