Have used L'anza shampoo for over 20 years. Bought this one, same exact formula/brand, used it once and my hair got sticky. It felt like glue had been one of the ingredients. Called my hair stylist and she asked me to open the lid and smell the bottle. It smelled like gross. She told me to throw it away because it had gone bad. I was not happy with this shampoo. I started using it in 1995 when it was made in France.I loved it more than any brand out there. I still use L'anza hair products daily, but there wassomething different besides the package. I used it a few times, and changed to another typefrom l'anza. I hesitate to try another new conditioner. This is great stuff. It smells nice and it works well on my hair. Unfortunately, Amazon shipped it in a very crushable box and a lot of it leaked into the plastic bag they shipped it in. So they knew this was likely. I don't think I'll buy it from Amazon again. Read more

The shampoo is great but the lid on the bottle was not on tightly so some of the shampoo leaked so much that it seeped out of the plastic bag into the Amazon box. Very disappointing! Read more

I've used many Lanza hair products and this one has been my least favorite one!! It smells bad, very poor consistency, left my hair in a very bad state of frizz, fly-aways... Save your money and buy other Lanza products!! Read more

When this item was received the shampoo had leaked in the plastic bag, such a mess Would have been good if the top had been sealed with sellotape so more secure.I love the shampoo but the way it was delivered is why I only gave 3 stars. Read more
