We purchased these specifically for our one-year-old, but our two-year-old still enjoys them as well.Both flavors have a very pleasant taste. While their smell is definite when first opening a container, it's not so strong that they seem sickly sweet. Each of our daughters have had these since they were able to grasp. I understand that Cheerios are usually presented as the go-to first baby snack, but my husband and I preferred these Gerber Puffs because they melt in the mouth. Bought these out of curiosity (for myself!) and gambled with the sweet potato flavour. It’s delicious! A lovely light snack when I’m stressed and/or studying.
