I bought these to use as shaving towels, to wrap around my face with hot water to warm my beard before shaving. They don't seem to hold the warmth as well as cotton towels. The towel cooled off to lukewarm from being soaked in very hot water in a very short time. All I did was wring it out and put it on my face and it was barely warm enough ti feel the heat. Maybe if they were double the thickness they would work better, not sure. It could be just the material that makes them cool off very quickly. As I said, I'm not sure. They will serve a purpose though, just not sure what that is right now and not what I bought them for.Update 8/5/21: I have washed these repeatedly only with other microfiber towels and by themselves and they still leave the water in my sink brown from the dye they use when they make them. My purpose for purchasing them is because I am often on stage. I am stage manager for my church and needed some small dark towels I could use to clean up needed areas of the stage while the service is going on. Black towels are a must as they do not draw attention. These towels are bath towel size and soft enough to clean TV monitors, Plexiglass surfaces without scratching the surface. Also great for just cleaning your hands and face if needed. I have used them to clean sweat from my forehead as well, when giving a presentation. Being as large as they are you can clean up big spills, and I have often just had one hanging out of my back pocket so It was available if needed. I keep a couple in my backpack and one in my car as well. Just all around great towels! And they do not loose absorbency after a wash. I will defiantly be purchasing more. Read more

These towels are amazing and my clients love them. They are very soft. Great value for the money and quick delivery. You have to wash them separately from other clothes as they will pick up lint. Also dry them on very low heat or auto fluff if you have time. Do not use dryer sheets. Read more

100% Don't buy the burgundy towels. I've washed them about 25 times & soaked in epaom salt to try to stop the color from bleeding. Wasted a lot of water in failed attempt.The dye transferred onto white paint in my kitchen & the glue between 2 granite slabs. I have to throw away so I don't ruin anything else with them. The lilac towels didn't do this but to be safe I'm ordering white this time.The towels are awesomely large & work great for cleaning granite but steer clear of the burgundy color. Read more

I recently got my hair cut by a Deva Curl trained stylist, so that I could make the most of my wavy/ curly-ish hair. Gone are the days of putting my hair up in a turban after a shower; I now gently squeeze the moisture out of my hair with these towels. These are the same towels used at my salon, and came highly recommended to me. They are perfect for my purposes of squeezing water out of my hair after my shower and I am getting great results, with my hair looking better than ever.
