A nice big brush that's gentle on the hair. My first one lasted a couple years before the tips started to break off. But I do use it everyday. For the price and quality I was willing to buy it again. I have shoulder length hair, color treated, use leave in conditioners to detangle and another one to defrizz. They make a smaller version too and I have that one. My 15 year old brush started falling apart. I wanted something simiular. I have thick long hair so I needed a brush with long bristles and a brush that does not rip my hair out. This brush is what i wanted. The bristles are longer than they look in the pictures, fyi. This brush was not super expensive, like boar hair brush (which by the way cannot go through my hair. I’ve had about 4 of these brushes over the years. This last was the first one I bought online. I don’t know if this is the reason that the most recent purchase off-gassed very badly (I have chemical sensitivities and it took a few weeks for the smell to dissipate), or if it’s being produced with different materials.Love the brush, as always, hated the horrible chemical off-gassing this last purchase. 3 stars because I’ve only used it twice, therefor cannot give a fair rating in either direction yet. Unfortunately, I’ve only used it twice because the strong plastic/rubber/chemical-ish smell transfers to your hair when using this brush and it’s all I smell in my hair all day. I’ve tried washing it numerous times with shampoo, soap, etc to no avail. If I can’t find a way to remove the smell, it’s just going in the trash. Read more

I've had this product for 2 years now and it is still in really great condition. Other brushed I've had the balls wore out leaving the bristles exposed which would scratch my scalp. This brush had a terrible smell, especially when I used it to blow dry my hair. I tried taping a dryer sheet around the handle but it had no effect. I tried waiting it out but the smell never even lessened so I returned the brush. I most definitely do not recommend this brush. Read more
