When my daughter had diaper rash we used this in the bath. Nice hot (within reason) water, put a good amount of this in, and let them soak. I also use it as a body wash and shampoo. The product helped clear the diaper rash after a couple days, paired with original butt paste. Use this on my elderly mother. Cleanses well on delicate skin. I take twu wet wipes, wring them out, and apply product in a circular fashion and fold to spread product. Then I unfold and Use one side to cleanse; flip to begin rinsing. Then I use two more wipes to finish rinsing. Toilet paper to blot dry. Perfect companion for Boudreaux's butt paste. Read more
